Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness celebrity and Instagram star for years. Ashley was born the USA in the month of August 1994, under the sign of Leo. Ashley isn't very open about her parents. However she has credited her grandfather for being the person that inspired her to start working out. His grandfather was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when was in his 30s and 40s. Ashley has always been active since the age of a small girl. She started swimming classes at around the age of 4 and continued for the next 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in but wasn't as dedicated because she was not ready to go on an incredibly strict diet to ensure her body would be able to give all it can. While she enjoyed some popularity during her teenage years predominantly due to her beautiful appearance and curves We don't exactly know who was with her during this phase. Ashley made the decision after graduating to skip university and concentrate on her work as models. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized that she wasn't content with how her body looked. Encouraged by her grandmother she began going to the gym. Based on his recommendations, she went slow. Ashley was enthused by her success and competed at her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and felt compelled to train to be better. Ashley was back at the 2015 WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. When the event ended, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to participate. While competing, she received offers for photoshoots but she didn't want to combine jobs. When she decided to quit after a while, she decided to make her decision to turn into a model. The front cover of one of the biggest fitness magazines launched her profession as a fitness model. Seit then she is an internationally renowned model and has worked for countless bikini companies and world-class clothing brands.
