Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She was Anna Garner the leading role in The Girl Experience. Krause played her debut film part in the Babysitters where she played Brenda Woodberg. Krause was a drama major in college as well as appearing in numerous off-Broadway performances. She also played in the New York location of episodes of television series on the network. The career of her father, whom is half Japanese and American in origin, is her professional career. Her younger brother Nathaniel is an actor. Her interest in arts started at a young age when she studied dance at Washington School of Ballet, Washington D.C. She then moved on to perform in a variety of musicals as well as plays written by Bill Russell and Henry Krieger such as Side Show. In high school she was accepted into the Carnegie Mellon Drama School. Soon after, Krause realized that she was prepared to start her acting career. After a performance as a part of the play Aida and receiving the Equity card. Louisa Krause began her career in the theatre. She appeared in Huntington Theatre Company's production Iphigenia 2 in 2006. 2007 was the year she performed Iphigenia in the Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 performance.
