Ky-Mani Marley was born on February 26, 1976, in Falmouth Jamaica. He is among the most wealthy and popular Reggae artists. He sang in Shottas with another singer Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed to Shang Records and recorded his debut album, called Like Father Like Son. This was followed by a number of singles including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap suited (remix), and Sensimelia. These all have contributed to the growing reputation of Ky-Mani as a brand new reggae singer. Ky-Mani teamed up with Praswell from Fugees to perform Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant. The song has been a big hit since 1997. Marley first performed on stage in Miami at Midem. Marley's performance on stage at Cameo Theatre was broadcast live to 36 countries through the Caribbean News Agency. Marley ended up in a bidding battle.
